Lawn anti fungus and insecticide

My Bermuda lawn (Central Arkansas) has what the Ag Extension says is Brown Patch. They recommend 2-4 applications of combo fungicide and insecticide about six months apart. Could be separate products too I suppose, but combo would be better.
Lawn service wants a lot to do this so looking for a commercially available product I can spread for this.
Any ideas on a good product appreciated.

I’d like to see pictures. Brown patch in Bermuda is rare. If it is brown patch heritage will take care of it.

Yeah, it's a pretty big area and not circles. Analysis came from a lawn service but supposedly done by UofA AG extension. Think I may take a sample directly to them locally to get a second opinion. Had problems in the area for a long time but worse this year, lot of bare/sparse areas in a rectangular swatch. Had it checked last fall and found very low ph in that area so put a bunch of lime down. Need to have that checked again anyway.
