Jefferson Parish HVAC Reccomendatons

I have had it with the guy I have used for many years. Can I get some recommendations in East Jefferson Parish. Also, is it better to use a one truck operation where you deal directly with the owner, or a company with a fleet, giving faster service, but you get a different guy every time?

I used to go with the company that installed mine. 1 of the bigger companies in the metro area. Had multiple issues with them and they're really expensive (1 upside was they came out quickly on a weekend once).
I'm looking to switch to a small operation myself. Been almost 2 years since my last cleaning/maintenance. Following this thread to see what others say.
