HVAC Issue and Company Trying to Take Advantage

I had an HVAC system inspection last week by what I thought was a reputable company.
They found that the exterior of my gas furnace has condensation forming near the vent which is causing mold. This furnace/a/c system is located in a closet in my hallway.
They're answer for this problem is a UV light install for $1200. They also suggested cleaning the coils for $800, duct cleaning for about $900, etc etc etc. I declined all of these services.
The furnace does have condensation near the top though where the vent is and I'm wondering what I really need to do to correct that issue. I don't see how a UV light is the answer to that.

has condensation forming
You have hot air mixing with cold air, seal up the ducts properly

To clarify, is the condensation near where the gas furnace’s exhaust vents to the exterior of your home, or is a duct vent?

I'll have to check to see which one it is when I get home.

this ^^^^^^
plus check for condensation coming from the drain line, that vertical section before it turns down holds ice cold water that makes a lot of condensation unless you wrap it with 1 1/8" pipe insulation
