I am repainting some cheap old furniture from the wife and my first apartment for our nursery. Baby due 1/24!
I can’t for the life of me get the drawers out. It has a single slide on the bottom and I don’t see any release clasp type of deal. I tried pulling them up and side to side but no dice. I took the best pics I could:
Any advice?? TIA!

Open the drawer below it, reach in and up underneath the drawer above and there should be a tab or something to depress and let you pull the drawer out. For the bottom drawer you’ll have to take the one above and reach down behind the back.
Or just rip them out like I did to
Learn the method above.

Typically they have some type of lock. Maybe a plastic tab that needs to be squeezed.
Hard to tell with the pictures.

Some drawer single slides work on friction basically. My kitchen ones you basically just yank out.

Try to reach in and feel along the sides that aligns with the bottom sides of the drawers. There is probably a small wooden dowel on either side that keeps the drawer from sliding out. You should be able to pull them out to take the drawer out.

If the bottom is open, turn it on its side and pull the drawer out. You should be able to see the mechanism that way and figure it out.
