Have to call my Floor guy for the 4th time to redo it

Had my hardwood oak floors redone. First time, the sealant was not done properly and the floors were grainy. Next, he had wipe marks and no gloss again. Next, he missed spots. Nnow today he missed whole closet.
Is finishing floors that hard? I feel bad for keep calling him to redo it again and again but If I'm paying good money, he better do it right. Worst part is that he doesn't make much of it. The contractor steals most of it while paying the actual guy nothing

Either this guy is really bad at his job and he should consider a new profession.

I thought about it. Am I being too picky. But he agreed everytime he came out that it's his fault.
