Does Glyphosate work better with a surfactant mixed in? Would simple dish soap mixed into the hand sprayer work in this situation?

I usually put a few drops of dawn in there. If it is the 41% glyphosate, make sure you rinse your sprayer out after you use it or it will salt up your hose and sprayer.

Many of the Glyphosate formulations already have a surfactant in them. I usually add a little dish soap anyway.

If you use the generic kill zone brand, add a tablespoon of liquid soap for a three gallon sprayer.

Most all glyphosate products these days have surfactant in them. Little dish soap wont hurt, though

Works slower in cool weather than it does when the lows are above 60 or so. Much slower in some cases but it will kill what it is sprayed on.

as stated by others, the warmer it is, the better it works. Surfactant is not needed, but make sure there are a couple of hours before a rain for it dry.
