2 different plants, inside? Outside? Need sun or synthetic light? Watering? What are they?

On the left is a corn plant aka Dracaena and is an indoor plant. Needs part sun so near a southern window. On the right looks like an azalea which you could plant outside in partial shade or keep it inside same light as the corn plant.

That's a baby. It needs lots of food, attention, and sleep...and more food and more attention. And then ever more attention.
