General Contractors in Baton Rouge

I am looking for GC recommendations in Baton Rouge. I have spoken with a contractor but he has been hard to get ahold of and I'm not sure I want to continue if I can't get him to respond. I have a few projects that I would be unable to do myself and stay married and so I need someone else to take the heat.
1) I need a wall removed between the living/Dining room and the kitchen with a hidden beam and then repair/patch the sheetrock.
2) I want to build and outdoor kitchen and patio.

Call Leblanc & Fresina. They do a mix of new homes/remodels/outdoor living areas. I have seen a few of their projects and they are doing really good work.

Outdoor kitchen and patio or a much bigger task than removing a wall and putting a beam. You might be able to get a carpenter to do the latter, and it may be cheaper...
