So my garage door has been working sporadically with my vehicle remotes. Now it simply doesn’t respond to with vehicle or a hand remote. It does however work if you push the button on the wall of the garage. Any idea what may have happened?

Did you install a doorbell camera recently? They can interfere with garage door openers.

Not recently, no. I guess I can turn it off and see if that helps.

Mine did this a few years ago.

Replace the circuit board and it's been good since.

Make sure the lasers are aligned.

He stated they work fine when the wall button is pressed so that rules out the safety lasers being the issue.

Mine is having the same issues. First my remote stopped working so I bought one off Amazon, the new one works fine. Then my daughter's car with the built-in buttons quit working and I've had to reprogram twice in the last 2 weeks.

I'm glad you started this thread. I'm going to start researching a new circuit board.

Does it have the sensors? could they be out of alignment?

It does. That is not the issue.

I would check / replace the batteries in the remote.

Ok. So, I grabbed a physical remote this morning and went right next to the motor and the remote worked. This leads me to believe there is some interference from my doorbell camera. It is odd that his just started happening even though the camera has been there for 2 years. Any ideas to fix this? I am going to disable the doorbell this afternoon and test the theory.

There are numerous tings that will interfere. My Verizon box in the garage would jam the garage remote signal. Then my bass boat trolling motor, if I left it connected to power. Check for all sources of RF.

Any chance you put LED lights in the openers recently? Or in close proximity to the opener? Some cause interference.

I did a while back, but I don't remember when. I will change those out as well to see if that helps.
