Finally did something without using Box store minwax. General Finishes was a revelation to use.
So I pose this simple question. What else am I missing out on? What other products are out there that at are superior and just a reasonable amount more expensive??

Interlux for marine applications. I have am building a wooden kayak and this is my first time using fiberglass cloth, marine epoxy, carbon graphite, etc. This is something I wish I had attempted years ago.

Check out Rubio Monocoat. Easy application. Used it on my walnut kitchen island. Looks great, but no protection from scratches.
I’m goofing to apply the “renew” stuff soon to freshen it up.

Hard wax oils like this you can buff it in looks great LINK
There are many that has a isocynate hardener you mix in and it will give you stain and also protection has uv protection also you can tint the finish and not have to stain at all but scratches suck

I really like using OSMO brand PolyX Oil and Wood Wax Finishes. I've used it on my 80 year old stairway rail, on new kitchen counter and numerous other projects.
Very easy to use, finishes are fantastic and just need to eventually be re-waxed.
