Ducotes Tree Farm in Livonia if you are serious about mature trees. Pricey, but gives you a big head start.

Just curious what’s the ballpark and how big of trees are you talking?

I don’t really have an answer. Just know I don’t want a starter. Just started thinking about getting 1 or 2. Do you have a suggestion on a good size that won’t break the bank?

I got three great trees I need to get out. They are pretty close to the slab so I don’t think removing them without damage is feasible.

Depends on how close. Crape Myrtles are like a weed. They don't need much to survive.

No but that machine would not be able to clear the slab

That close to the slab is going to be very difficult to get roots out without damaging concrete. Especially that one further away.

No I’m looking at buying a few in the 9-10 foot range. Just curious what they go for.
