Centipede and Dogs...Looking for a centipede fertilizer just to help the yard out

Looking for a centipede fertilizer just to help the yard out, kill off a few weeds etc. I'm not the guy who wants the perfect yard, just a better one. My only concern is we do have a dog who eats grass. Recommendations?

Cleggs winter weed cocktail later this week after the front rolls thru…keep dog off the yard for a day.

Looking for a better yard means getting away from Centipede. They don’t like a lot of fertilizer

Dogs normally do not eat grass unless they have stomach issues. You might check with your vet and change its diet.
