Can Round up kill money grass?

I’m thinking about replacing some monkey grass with Asian jasmine at base area around a willow oak. Seems like the monkey grass is not good at blocking out weeds but that’s no problem for the Asian jasmine.
The area is about 200 sqft.

Of course the typical obvious OT answer. Who doesn’t know about google? Compared to TD info, google is nothing as good especially when it’s regional. Did google help me saved $800 on hiring electrician? What about 2k on a fence? Nope, it was all from posters of TD.
TD has testimonials and people with knowledge and experience that are much better and more efficient than reading and filtering generic google result articles. Can google answer follow up questions?

Yea I pose some questions on here that I could probably search the internet for too, but it's not like you are asking for some insight or opinion here. "Does a certain herbicide kill a certain grass" is pretty straight forward.

Yes it will. What are you trying to kill? There’s other herbicides you can use in liriope.

2% solution roundup spray after the dew is off and repeat in 10 days. It’s nothing more than a sedge. First shot you may not notice much 2nd shot will crush it.

Just dropped in to say frick Asian jasmine. This is the only time of year it's decent because it smells good, but the rest of the time it's an aggressive, smothering, a-hole plant

Fusillade is correct. It will any grass species in the monkey grass and no effect on the monkey because it’s a sedge
