What would be the best way to remove over spray and old paint from kitchen appliances and fiberglass tubs?

What type of paint? Latex? Oil?

Covering them properly before you painted is a good start.
Oh wait, you didn't do that.
Just kidding. Like already asked, what kind of paint.

Start with mineral spirits, then wax & grease remover, then lacquer thinner. lacquer thinner might/probably melt plastic and fiberglass.

Prosoco 2010 will remove over spray.
Spraylat is a great product to use to cover tubs in the future.

If it's latex, something as simple as Windex (or another ammoniated cleaner) will remove it. Oil is best cleaned with mineral spirits while it's still wet. It'll take more elbow grease if it's dry.

Was a foreclosure home I bought. Trying to fix up all the shite done to it.
90% sure it’s latex based

Pretty safe assumption since most painters are getting away from oil based products simply for the price of cleaning up equipment with the cost of mineral spirits and the ease of cleaning up latex products.
Latex products have come a long way over the years as far as durability and how they cover.

Appreciate the recommendations. I’ll work my way from windex, goo be gone, if needed get some mineral spirits.
