Anyone familiar with Atlas Chalet shingles?

I'm making a claim on my roof and found out that I have these shingles installed as opposed to the architectural shingles that I thought I had... Looks like they were defective and insurance companies have replaced entire roofs because you can't find a suitable like product for small repairs.
Anyone have experience with these shingles?

Yes, some missing shingles and some hail damage

Yes - Atlas Chalet Shingles are like a three tab shingle and an architectural shingle had a baby with birth defects.
Has the adjuster looked at your roof yet? If no did a roofer inform you what kind of shingles you have?

Adjuster and roofer came out separately... Roofer is the one that notified me.
Trying to see if I can expect a full replacement based on the type of shingles.

Can't say what to expect. Did the adjuster bring up that you had Atlas Chalet shingles? I wouldn't be shocked if a newer adjuster with less experience didn't know the shingles weren't "architectural shingles" like yourself.
