I've never done it. But I know someone that did their own walls of an apartment above a garage.

I wouldnt even begin to attempt under a crawlspace by myself. Just pulling out the rolled stuff from under mine was all i want of that

I will be doing it some time in the future. There is a guy that sells insulation including spray kits that cover 600sf at one 1" on craigslist for $650. That has been the best price I had found to date.

Every bit I paid a guy to do this was worth it. No way in hell I want to be crawling under there with all that sticky shite falling down on me.

I don't want to do it. I rather someone do it. But I'm only doing it for 400 sq ft and everyone has a minimum of 1200$.

Not lot of people are interested in the job

Had checked myself. Guy wanted $2200 to do 1100 sf. My space is easy, about 24" clearance.

I wouldn't call that easy, but YMMV.

Nobody wants to do it. I had 1 guy come and inspect. He said I only had 15 inches.

In the interim, I have to seal the gaps at the edges. Is great stuff foam good enough for sealing edges?

It just beads up. Good for a thin line only.

Motorboat, I am a skinny guy. It's very dry under the house too

Be sure to ventilate as much as possible. Serious isocyanate concerns with spray foam application in enclosed spaces.
