I know the subject of blinds and the expense comes up fairly often. I’ve gotten a couple of estimates from local folks, but I can save approximately 1k buying online and having them installed. They’re owned by Home Depot apparently.

I used select blinds with no issues. They were running a sale. I screwed up on the shades. I measured them like I did the blinds and they are too small.

I paid the extra few bucks to have their person come out and measure, because I knew I’d mess it up. Guy was quick, so I’m concerned about the level of customer service. I know they’re focused on volume though.

My experience was very good.

Initial order about 5 years ago, measured everything myself and all 12 blinds/shades were exactly right and easy to install.

For one small window, I didn't install right away and ended up losing the hardware. I ignored it for years, then decided I wanted to install it. Emailed them and they sent me new hardware free of charge with fast shipping, even though I told them that I simply lost the original hardware.

I ordered 4 roller shades last year and got a killer discount with a "Mothers Day" code.

As stated above, measure 3 times before you enter the order.

I have used Stevesblindsandwallpaper.com several times now and have nothing but positive things to say. I mistyped measurement on one big order and they sent new blinds ASAP for no extra charge. Saved a small fortune vs in store

Nothing but good thing to say about blinds.com

If you mess up they will replace it.

Just finished installing blinds in my house. Blinds.com has been with me every step of the way. Free samples, easy instructions; great service. Even sent me replacement parts at no charge. I wouldn't go any place else.

I bought some solar blinds for my outdoor patio from Blinds.com about 5 years ago. Other than the fabric unrolling off of the bottom cylinder (was glued) I had no problems after using some sheet metal screws to tack it back down. I just clean the mildew off of them every year and they do the job. I've been happy with them.

Been a few years since I ordered blinds for my 2 side windows next to the front door and they were perfectly sized, mounted easily and look great.

No issues on this end.

No problems whatsoever.
I've ordered 4 blinds on 2 occasions since last Christmas and received them as measured.

I ordered blinds for my whole house with them a few years ago. I did have one particular issue that was my fault for not reading the return/defect policy. I ordered the blinds when they had a pretty descent sale and didn’t hang them until about two months later. I noticed that one of the valences was cracked. They wouldn’t replace and wanted nearly $40 to order just another valence. When I questioned further into it, they stated that they actually don’t manufacture the blinds, but rather buy from a supplier who doesn’t warranty defects or shipping damages 30 days after being received. Wasn’t a huge deal for me to fix, but just a minor annoyance that could have been resolved easily from their side.

I have used both blinds.com and selectblinds.com and I can vouch for both of them.
