I painted my console and motor this weekend and got them back on my boat this weekend.

Because of the bad weather we could only fish Tuesday-Friday. 2 of those days we could only fish about 7 hours. We still caught about 70 bass. Toledo Bend isnt where you want to be in strong winds unless you fish coves or know the lake really well.
The bass were biting slow so we fish Carolina Rig mostly.
We caught about 20 between 2 1/2- 4 lbs.
We ended up with about 30 pounds of fillets.
In 2 weeks the remaining bass should spawn and the bite will be on again.
Going to try to make it back then.

Getting lots of fishing reports..White perch are being caught in big numbers in Toledo Bend, Saline and Larto.
