Well since we don't have a fishing board yet I'll post this info here. My dad and them whacked the yellows in Green Canyon on Wednesday. 11 fish over 100 with the biggest going 187.3lbs. All the fish came from the area of Marco Polo and Atlantis. Mainly on the chunk with 7/0 frenzy circles in blue camo with 80lb fluro on the business end. Tuna also bit well on the jigs with the 450 gr. OTI slab sides in pink and white being the hot color.

Bite has been wide open as of the last two weeks with lots of 150lb+ fish being found in open water.

Great idea! I am looking for one hunter for my lease in Central Texas. It's $800/year to be paid by April 1st. Anybody interested can find me on the Recruiting Board.

Waddup Born. Rootbeer all around.
I basically only fish. I bought a $1700 crossbow and never took the stickers off, fish were on all year.
Its that crossbow that shoots at 405 fps. Stryker.

There are tons of advertising dollars from hunting and fishing companies to be made by Tigerdroppings. IMO.

I would like to see a hunting and fishing board.
I frequent louisianasportsman.com alot and would get some new posters to come over here if a new board is created.

I fabricated a story to get out of work for the end of the week.
I will give a fishing report from Toledo Bend upon my return, unless work just gets really busy in this booming economic time.

I think the board would be legit just from the posters here. I could see this board being maybe the 4th or 5th most used board here.
Hunting/Fishing related advertisers may want to place ads here too being the people who do these activities usually spend thousands yearly. I know my last 3 trips to Bass Pro was over $1,000.
And I really didnt need anything.

Free fish for Chicken is still on the table too.

Chicken probably hasn't had favorable responses from basspro yet.

Chicken, how much $$$ sponsorship do you need from one of those places to committ to a Hunting/fishing board?
