Pizza hut ad causing funky problems

I have noticed every time I get a pizza hut ad come up, whether its on the side, top, or bottom, it causes my firefox to start acting sluggish as hell and it lasts after I go to another page and get the ad off the screen. I end up having to restart my Firefox to get it back working right and then do it all over again when I lose the random ad roulette game and get it again.

Anyone else have problems like this?
