iCloud help

So my phone somehow deleted all my contacts out of it this evening. No biggie I thought ill just plug it up and restore it with iCloud. Do that and I get an error to turn off find my iPhone app. Try to do this and it asks for password. Problem is it's from my old Apple ID. I changed it because I changed companies and no longer had access to that email. I have no clue what the old password was so I can go that route or get an email with password obviously. Also it shows that it is verifying my current Apple ID which was verified a year and a half ago. Nothing else on phone changed but it's got me locked out from being able to turn find my phone app off to restore. Anybody know how to fix this or am I apple store help desk bound?

They can't really do anything that you can't. You need to call the apple help line. Same thing happened to me, and after an hour on the phone, someone game me the password.
