Admins: Can we get a post count average per day thread

I know Im not one to talk but there is a poster who is averaging over 140 posts per day.

I am not an admin but:
First, the admins will most likely not waste their time with such an examination when any poster can perform this analysis on their own, arduous as it may be.
Second, I can tell you the time frame in which one intends to do a study of this nature will greatly influence the results.
Pectus put something like this together not too far back and I imagine he will post his findings in this thread.
However, his time frame was large so his results look very different from a study that would encompass one say, since the first of the year.

I log my post count into a spread sheet every day (well sometimes I have to go back a few days). Officially, my daily post count is like 35 a day, in reality it is around 68.

Like rag said, if you get caught up in a thread it isn't hard to log a bunch of post and with smart phones, it really isn't hard to "post a lot".

Thanks TigahRag, I haven't really felt that I lost a lot. I get to talking about guns and the like on the OB, golf threads on the more sports, tv show threads on the movie board, threads on the OT and I'm left with the posts I have.

no doubt if you get in a long thread or two you can easily put up 50 to 100 post. then throw in game threads, drive by post in other threads and im threads like the gm,lunch thread,lnst,secr im thread and your post count goes way up.
Its funny seeing the post count boom and get a life shite when its not hard to post a bunch and still get out and do things.

I quickly calculated my average post per day since my first OT post ever (1/19/12) and it came out to 98.54 posts per day.
I am now disgusted with myself.
ETA: still better than video games, which I have abandoned.
