On friday night don't eat. Saturday let the crawfish and beer be all you eat/drink. Sunday fast until 3:00/4:00 and eat a meal that's about 1200-1500 calories. Monday profit

Here's an update. I'm now at 191 pounds. I started January 21st at 229. So in 13 weeks I lost 38 pounds

I'll be visiting for Festival Int'l with a goal of trying about 10 different things from the food vendors. If I don't gain 5 lbs, then I haven't succeeded.

That’s not too hard of a task. Just eat crawfish boats and fried catfish and drink beer until you explode. It’s what I do.

Been between 209 and 212, 210 this morning and this is after Easter weekend, lots of beer consumed but I really watched what I ate.
The more impressive part is I got my brother started on Ash Wednesday and he was over 250. Called me yesterday and he is a 228.

Hit 40 pounds lost in 14 weeks!!!! I'm at a weight where I'm gonna increase my protein and lean the hell up now

Incidentally, I started taking Tums for reflux and lost 8 pounds practically overnight. I googled and found there's some evidence of calcium having a thermogenic effect.

UPDATE. I'm now down 42 pounds. Two weeks ago I added about 400-500 calories/day to my eating. I added 2 chicken breasts and another protein shake. My protein shake I drink has 120 calories and 20g of protein per serving. Since adding the 400-500 calories/day I've slowly lost about 1.5 pounds/week the last two weeks. This lets me know I could probably add another 400-500 calories/day and break about even for the week.

During these last 2 weeks I can see more muscle definition than I could before which is exciting

My eating now looks like this:
After workout 9:30am protein shake (120 calories 20g protein)
linch 11:30am salad with spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, egg, balsamic dressing, one avocado, 2 chicken breasts
snack 2:30pm protein shake (120 calories 20g protein) and a fruit cup
dinner 6:00ish usually something with about 800-1000 calories

all this is roughly 2100-2300 calories/day

My wife and friends say I should start a blog because what I have done makes people literally wanna ask me about EVERYTHING I've been doing to drop this weight

Down to 184!!! 45 pounds since middle of January. I’ve lost 3 pounds since my last update a month ago.

I now eat 2400 calories and 250g of protein/day. In the last month I’ve really started shredding up.

Went from size 38 pants to size 33

Here’s a breakdown of what I eat:
-protein shake post workout. 300cal 50g protein
-lunch 1 pound of grilled chicken and avacado 600 calories 100g protein
-snack popcorn 150 calories
-protein shake 300 cal 50g protein
- dinner 1100 calories 50 G protein

Workout routine:
Work out 5 days a week. I do HIIT 3-4 days/week and weights 4/5 days a week. For HIIT I do 30 second sprints jump off and rest 15 seconds. I do 16-20 intervals of this
