Appreciate it! I'm going to finish out my 5/3/1 FSL template which should take me through December, then probably run 2 of these PPSA programs before jumping on Alshrue's PowerBuilder program in the early Spring. I'll post up reviews after I complete them.

They are doing it. (I’m not, will be leaving to visit family for the holidays and may not have access to a weight room)

However, Deadcember is written by a Sorinex employee, not PPSA.

Well from the looks of it, he looks to be about a 600 pound deadlifter, so prolly knows a thing or two.

Guess I am going to eventually buy the remaining programs from them as I like the look of them for sure.

Yea I’m liking Dr Jacked. Keeping myself in a slight calorie deficit and hitting 180g protein. Just ordered a Whoop.

Using that new max squat number for the first time today. Felt it!

What does that exactly do? I've seen ads for it just didn't quite understand.

Allows you to monitor strain of workouts, recovery, sleep, Hr, HRV, etc. it’s pretty neat. Just getting used to wearing that and a watch. I’m comparing it to my Garmin day watch to see how big of a difference.

For those who have the ppsa programs, how are y'all liking them compared to Squatober programming. I'm trying to pick one to do now that I'm done with Squatober finally. I really need to add some cardio into my routine as well. Running obstacle courses and chasing things isn't getting any easier.

I’m doing Dr. Jacked. Minimal cardio but you can add that in. I have to take a 2 week break due to having sx. Sucks. But I’ll be back at after Thanksgiving weekend.
