I haven't had any problems being sore which I lend to the programmer knowing what he is doing.

You don’t become the head S&C Coach at SC because you’re an idiot.

It's really not bad. I was worried about my knees but my knees (knock on wood) seem to be doing well with this. I find it exciting and it is only for 1 month.

In my defense, I posted this before I did Friday's workout. frick. Me.

Today was good. Sets 3 & 4 on the first round were tough. After that it was pretty smooth! Goblet squats with the 70lb KB felt good!

First time participating in squatober and really first time strictly following a squat program in general. Come November, which squat program should i switch to to keep the gains coming?

How was yesterday for you guys? The only thing that sucked was the DB RDLs followed by DB Goblet Squats.

Felt the RDLs but they weren’t terrible.

Ran 8 miles this morning.

Just sore from the rdl's, first time I've done them in a long time. I'm thinking I used too low of a max, I used a calculator to figure out what it would be.

Last couple of sets of back squat were pretty rough for me. I can feel the rdls a bit today, but I treated the cardio like cardio and went lighter on the weight and moved fast.

Squats did feel good. Only accessory work I did not do is chin ups, my weakest of all exercises by far.

Why wouldn't you do the thing you're weakest at? "Come on man"

First 2 sets sucked! But felt better at the end. Skipped the RDLs due to my right hamstring being tight.
Afternoon jog with the dog today!

Squats were fine. Bench had me nervous. Have not done heavy like that consecutive days before and I was apprehensive. Did it but this workout took longer because I was def slower on bench.

GTG, still didn't do chin ups!!
