Down 15 pounds this week on this, realize it's not all fat, but it's still a real 15 pounds lighter.

Started last Thursday, 24 hour fast on Sunday.

I have read this thread since the beginning. Not sure if its even for me or not, but i could do the diet with no problem. Just not sure if ita for someone my size. 5'7 155lbs. I lift 4days a week. run a mile or 2 3 days a week. Would love to tighten the abs up, but afraid id be too depleted doing this

Try it for a week and see, you will likely be in the 5-10 pound range from water loss/initial impact after a week and see if those abs you want to see start showing at that point. At your weight though obviously not something you need to sustain, just can go in short bursts, all that water weight will come back when you grab your carbs though.

I had a cheat meal one day, and 5 pound swing each day between, down 5, up 5, down 5.

I was fine. I'm 5'7 135. I did 6 days a week. Now its more like 5. It wasn't easy though. I've been able to maintain and get leaner without really dropping off that much more weight.

135 is crazy small. jesus, you need to lift some heavy arse weights and eat 300g of protein a day.

Lol male. I do lift pretty regularly as heavy as I can:

Bench is 230
Lift was at 250 I quit doing it because of back
Squats at 275.

That's a very impressive bench for your size.

Thought ur squat would be higher with that type of bench, but ur frame is smaller

Wow, care to post some pics, would love to see how id look at 135. I thought it would be impossible for me to ever be 135. I feel like i would honestly starve if i tried to get there...I hold pretty strong at 152-157.. And thats with 90%strict diet, and working out 5 days a week.

I posted one last year in this thread but I will post an update tomorrow or Friday. Abs look better from last year. And again this diet helped jump start all that and I’ve been maintaining as best I can since.

I was at 155 at one time back in 2011 but for my frame it was chubby for me.

would love to see. I have an athletic build. But do carry any fat right in my belly. I honestly dont know how i would get to 135 without starving lol. I stay pretty steady around 155. But i lift weights 4 days a week and eat 200-230grams of protein daily too.

That's awesome man. Keep up the good work.

I need to run this for a month in the worst way, but I can never go 1.5-2 weeks without fricking it up.
