Thanks, Hu!

Also, BooDreaux, just type it in. Apparently, the username is case sensitive when you type it in, but it works. Password is obviously case sensitive as well. It wouldn't let me copy/paste either (could be that it is pasting spaces unnecessarily).

ETA: How did you guys calculate your Carb/Fat allowances?

Nice job man! How much have you lost in terms of weight and bf%?

I am starting mine today. Gonna be right at 800 calories. 4 oz. shrimp in lime/garlic, 3-4 protein shakes, and spinach and bell peppers for today's vegetables. Lean cod filet for dinner.

Day 1 = Not fun.

I feel so damn hungry. BUT, I also know the goal I have and that I am eating tasty food... There is some sort of consolation in that.

I see the food restrictions and that would be no problem for me but how many calories are allowed daily?

Your protein intake indicates your calories. Protein grams x 4. So 200g = 800 calories.

So what's the best way to prepare chicken breast for this? And 1g of cooked protein is 7g protein?

Nice. My crock pot got broken not long ago... I am baking mine. Small amount of soy and Worcestershire sauce on the bottom, then pepper, minced garlic, and onion powder. Trying to do all my veggies in the raw.

I can definitely feel an energy difference today.

So used my fitness pal, for clean chicken breast alone it's telling me 1290 caps to hit my 264 grams of protein daily on workout days.

Ole boy was talking about not surpassing 1000 calories tho while meeting his 325g of protein goal. How is that possible?

It's not possible. There are 4 calories in every gram of protein.

Granted uoto 40% of the energy is used up just digesting protein, but we don't count that so the fact is, if you eat more than 250g protein You are eatin more than a thousands calories.
