Hovering between 200 and 205 for what feels like a month now.

Still hovering from 201-204. Getting stronger though, so it's whatever.

I haven't posted in here in almost 2 months because I was pretty discouraged not seeing the number on the scale go down. I took LSU777's advice and ignored the scale and instead took some measurements. I also started eating a cleaner diet, but still neglected to track calories and macros. I started tracking calories and macros this week. It made me realize that I THOUGHT I was doing a good job judging my intake but I was wrong.
I finished my 2nd PPSA program this morning and wanted to get updated measurements to compare from my last post on 1/9.
Weight as of today is 280/240/190
Only down 1 lb since 1/9. I had actually gained several pounds when I wasn't counting calories and swapped to strength training with less cardio. However, several measurements have gone down since I made the change. Based on the scale not moving much and the measurements showing decent progress, I'm guessing Im doing a successful body recomp? I'm hoping the calorie/macro counting will help expedite this change.
Waist (-6.5"), Hips (-4.8"), Chest (-4.2"), Thighs (-4.7" and -5"), Neck (-1"), Calves (-1.5" each), Arms (-1" and -1.5"), and Shoulders (-2")
I'm feeling much better about progress after seeing the inches disappear. I believe I need to consume around 2400 calories with macros at 200/100/180 (protein/fat/carb).

Almost there. Have a week left of my HIIT program I've been doing. Hopefully I'll drop below 205 in the next 10 days.

Back on Keto @ Day 5
286/265/235
Not sure if 235 is the right number but I want to keep leaning out until Summer fun.

Thanks. Hopefully I’m getting past this stall. Held the weight for two days in a row. I figured I was just dehydrated and would gain it right back.
