After the first mile they didn't feel that heavy. I was in the zone.

for you guys that do the KB mile, how often do y’all get stopped and asked questions?

because I do it every Friday with 35# KBs and ALWAYS get stopped by someone asking me what I’m doing or training for

Old guys love to ask if I’m trying to get longer arms

Pump city day 7 (push day1) done. Tried out benching on the smith machine and it was tweaking my elbow. Stopped and switched to dbs but had to be really careful of form or also was hurting elbow with dbs. Don’t think I’ll smith machine bench again; just sticking to Cybex machines from now on. Hopefully it is fine by next push day. Doesn’t hurt now was just a pain under load.

Tell them you bought these kettlebells from a guy but your truck broke down so you had to carry them home.

W2D4 DB

I just noticed that D4 overhead farmers carry are supposed to be single arm. That’s a bit of a difference, especially for my left side.

I like that these Friday ones are a bit shorter because I’m spent after each week of this program.

65 minutes

W6D4 of Grasshopper down.

6 weeks down; 2 to go. Feel like I've made good growth over this time. Looking forward to a new program. Just have to decide which one to go with.

Anyone have insight to Oak Tree and Jacked Up Joker? Also looking at Pump City and Pool Season as options. I'd like to avoid/minimize chins, dips, and pull-ups since I can't do these unassisted yet.

WD11 in the books for Pump City RM. Really liking the new Rep open trap bar for my dead lifts, it has me enjoying the exercise again! Completed day in just under 60 min, reverse BB curls kicked my arse in the end.

Pump city day 8 (pull day1) down. Hellacious bicep pump [ON] off

As is my custom went to the hot tub afterwards. I think I’m gonna have to buy one of those inflatable hot tubs at home…

All of the 21 to party work outs have been pretty light. I have been adding Carrie’s and ab roll outs at the end of them.

Arm Farm W2D3 done, but I cut it a bit short. Having trouble getting back into a groove with my workouts. Could be the shortage of calories.
