Suggest finding a new doctor

But any of these

The more expensive ones are better as they are more thorough but I dunno what you can afford either

I haven’t started boron it comes tomorrow. It’s 10mg capsules. Thought I would add it just to see how it works with my TRT.

Immediately gave me the worst nightmares.

Wish I had better results.

start prioritizing protein in your diet and getting around .8-1g per lbs of bodyweight and start lifting weights.

This alone will increase your level of testosterone. No need for anything else.

yes, I was taking them around 4-5am. I had nightmares immediately that first night. Even after stopping the nightmares stayed around for about a week.

Just got my testosterone test results back.

Total - 157 ng/dL (normal: 264-916)
Free - 4.4 pg/mL (normal: 6.8-21.5)

I'm being scheduled for my 2nd blood draw where they do a full work up, and we'll take it from there.

Are there any questions I should specifically ask regarding TRT? If I'm prescribed testosterone, is there a certain type I should go with over another. I would assume get a sub-q injectable one, but I'd love to hear from those of you that are doing TRT.

all are subq. you just want eitehr test enanthate or test cypionate

you do not want an aromatize inhibitor

you do not need hcg unless you are going to try and have more kids or you want your balls to remain big for some reason(smaller balls makes shaft look bigger)

how many times a year for blood work? what levels are they trying to get you to?

also start boron at 12-15mg/day

sub q in stomach area with 30g 1/2" needle if you can

other then that if doing intramuscular it would be quads on front and outside, glutes, ventri glute, and shoulders

Received my first TRT shipment. Switching from clomid. Just want to start off with a smaller dose. Each vial is 250mg/ml. How much should I shoot for? And is it fine doing a subq with a 22ga needle in the arm?

That's gonna be painful.

I do sub q with 27 gauge 1/2". Draw with 18 gauge.

Thanks. I'm trying to draw with a 29ga now and it's super difficult to even draw. Any tips?

Did .6ml (150mg) one shot a week. Used 29ga and it took forever to come out of the needle. Should I switch to the 27 or a large gauge?

Higher Estrogen can cause tossing and turning during the night and less restful sleep. Depending on how high it is, you may also grow man boobs. While I mostly agree that the number doesn’t matter too much, there’s more to it than just the feel.

Also, if you ever do need to get estrogen under control, most pharmacies only have 1MG Anastrozole. I would suggest cutting the tablets and taking 0.1 MG and treat based on how you feel, look, and the potential sleep disturbance. 1MG is way too much.

I subQ 0.13 ML daily with 27 gauge 1/2” need. Easy peasy. I’ve had experience with the topical cream Test as well and both work equally as well in my experience.
