Think I'm going to run a rapid fat loss category 2. Workout will be DC training. I'll also take an EC stack.

If you start feeling run down, cut the rest pause to only 2 sets or adjust the two way split to only 2 days a week on day 1 and day 4.

Pic on right is April 2016, around 218lbs. I wasn't drinking or having cheat days at all back then.
I've slacked a bit since then and prob 230 right now. Need to tighten up and drop some more. May need to try that Rapid Fat Loss protocol.
Keto diet, and a mix of weight routines. Been doing GSLP for past year or so. Always worked and was strong, just ate like shite.

Thanks fellas. I've put a few pounds on and it's gone straight to midsection but still have stayed real lean and vascular in arms and legs.
