Nah, the gap between your bicep and elbow is determined by how long your bicep tendon is. Totally genetic and you can’t grow tendons, so the gap will always be there. The lucky ones have little to no gap, which makes your bicep come down farther and you look better in short sleeves.

I have that scenario for forearms, biceps, quads, calves and hammies.... my sons don’t have those gaps near their joints.

My triceps are pretty good. Biceps not so much.

My brother hasn't worked out in years and has calves Keiland Willaims would envy. I could do a thousand calf raises a day and they wouldn't look any different.
