I’m at 690 after 2 days. Gonna be sore tomorrow

Doing my first cheat workout since starting in 2 days. Chest workout and 350 pushups in the same day gonna be brutal

I had a thing in City Park yesterday, and got more sun and alcohol than I thought I would. Only completed 200 push ups. I have some catching up to do.

Plus, I just realized that I'm going out of town at the end of the month. So 10k may not be my end goal. Consistency will be the key here.

Using the board really makes a difference. During the last challenge I had a couple days where I went over 500 push-ups and I was never sore the next day.

I've been sore for two days after using the board.

One thing I've figured out is do the close grip positions first. They are brutal when you've already knocked out 300 reps.

Finished 333 reps. Plus another 32 at the gym as part of that day's workout.

Month's total so far: 898 reps.

Welcome to the group. You got this.

Finished 350 reps on the board.

Worked inside out this time and it was much easier.

I guess I'll give it a shot. I have eye surgery friday, probably won't be able to workout for a few days. Will have to plan accordingly.

I’m going to hop on this. Since I’ve already done the 10k push up challenge on the thread I started, I’m going to do this month a little different.

3k pull ups
6k push ups
9k air squats

Essentially a mini murph everyday. I can’t run at the moment due to lower calf Achilles pain, so this will be a good challenge.

Day 1
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats

Well shite. I need to find a way to squeeze that 0.3 push up into each day.

I'm probably not going to reach 10k this month anyway. I'm going on vacation starting the 24th. So consistency is more important for me than the end goal of reps.

I'd do this with y'all but I have a week in Pebble so there's no way I'm disciplined enough to power through those days after drinking all week at a golf tournament lol I might set a daily goal and just try and keep pace. Do y'all do them all in one session or do you split up the reps throughout the day?
