What is the best golf hole in Louisiana?

Searched for this thread, but didn't see it anywhere.
I got a book for Christmas of the 500 best golf holes in the world. Obviously none were in LA, but it did make me think. What is the best hole in LA? Top 3? Top 5? I know "Best" is extremely subjective based on the golfer. Some like a tough hole, some like unique holes that make you hit some different shots, some just like a pretty view
I haven't played at alot of the better courses in LA (CCLA, BRCC, English Turn, LaTour, and pretty much anything west of BR), but in my experience:
1) #17 at The Bluffs
2) #18 at TPC Louisiana
3) #8 at Carter Plantation
4) #14 at Beaver Creek
5) #2 at The Island
Some others I enjoy:
#16 at Pelican Point
#4 at Carter Plantation
#18 at The UClub
#6 at The Atchafalya
#13 at the Atchafalaya
#15 Beaver Creek

I am a sucker for #3 at Squire Creek.
I like #3 at Bayou DeSiard
18 at TPC is a great closing hole when watching the pros play.
When the bluffs is in good shape, I like the entire course.

3 and 5 are both really good par 3s. I also think 11 is a good par 5. Take on the bunkers on the right you can hit a good shot and get there in 2. Good risk/reward hole.

It’s been a long time since I’ve played it, but #4 at Oak Knoll was always a fun and challenging hole. Blind Par 3 at 200+ yards from the tips. Certainly not the best, but I always had fun with it.

2 at Bayou CC from the tips

You don't like that one? I think its a fun hole.

I think his comment was more to the fact that it’s nothing out of the ordinary. Sure it’s a well-designed hole, but it offers nothing unique.
At Carter I’d take any of the #13-15 stretch over #8.

Yeah, I love a good long iron into the wind with a green that’s 35’ deep

The guy that "designed" the reno use to hang in the pro shop all the time bragging about how much better the new layout was. Student worker checked him one day with a "yeh, everyone loves driving a mile to the first hole and then pulling a driver on a par 3 2nd." He didnt come around as much after that.

The only hole in the remodel worth a damn is #9 and maybe #8

The hell!?!?!
That’s the stupidest fricking hole on the planet. A par 3. 240 yards. Where all you can see is a huge hill. No visible green. No visible flagstick. And you have to try and figure out if anybody is on the green by looking backwards into a circular mirror on a 30 foot pole. It’s the dumbest shite.

Bit of an exaggeration. It’s a unique and challenging hole. Like I said before, not the best hole in Louisiana. But certainly different. And fun.
