what are you doing with your 3 and 4 iron?

I use my 4 iron for low runners off the tee that gets me out to 210 or so. And I use a hybrid for my 3 iron. I just can’t get my 4 iron in the air high enough to use it for longer distances. I might end up switching to a hybrid for my 4 iron, they are just so much easier to use

i carry 5-PW and i hit an old 2 iron instead of a 3 and 4 because when i flush that club it’s probably my favorite club in my bag

yes, although I do think I'd do better with a hybrid. Demo'd one a few years ago and really liked it but never pulled the trigger

Got a ping g410 4 hybrid. Hit it so much better it’s shocking I didn’t switch sooner

I don’t carry a 4 , 4 or even a 5 iron.
I carry 6 through PW.
48,52,56,60.
Driver, 3,5,7 woods.
Putter.
That’s the set.
Sometimes I’ll switch out the 7 wood for a 5 hybrid.

Took the 3,4 & 5 out and I use a 22 degree Ping G410 hybrid. I only carry 13 clubs.
Only some courses, I drop the hybrid and add a 7 wood.

Have a 3 hybrid. Absolutely love my 4 iron. One of my favorite clubs in the bag.

I carry 3-P and 52/56 wedges. I thought about it the other day and I rarely use my 3 iron, just dont ever really have a 230yd shot, and when I do I'm more comfortable choking down on 5w. Not sure what to do, was thinking of getting a 60 wedge but I am really comfortable with my 56 and can play that wide open if I need. Maybe I'll look into a hybrid or 7 wood.

Use a 4i. Never was really comfortable with a hybrid. Carry a 5 wood also

Hybrids are different animals.
If you have any issues going left, then I suggest hitting a range demo day.
Some models turn over easier and some hit higher than others.

I had a TM p790 2 iron in the bag, was too inconsistent with it and down to using it only for low shots or punch outs. Bought a 19 degree ping g30 hybrid. I wish I made the move sooner. Now highest iron is a 4, not that big of a gap.

I’m a bit old school. I don’t like hybrids at all and don’t hit them well. But i can smoke A 2 or 3 iron. I hit my 3 iron off most tees when i play. One of my most beloved clubs i carry.

Yep mine has a natural draw bias. I just open the face and intentionally hit a cut and it will go dead straight or maybe a baby fade every single time

Seeing how my 4 iron is lofted like a traditional 3 iron, it's currently tucked away in my closet. I have a 7 wood in its place that's the same loft, and it's so much easier to hit

I have one of those Club Glove towels with the hole in the middle . . . That’s what I use my 4 iron for, a place to hang that towel.

I keep my 4i for low punch shots out of the trees and longer straight shots into the wind.
I also carry a a 3 and 4 hybrid because I can control them better for distance and draws and fades.
