They have to be better than the fuzzy uneven cut greens at Copper Mill.

Copper is sending out emails with before and after pics right now of a few of the greens.

My buddy lives out there, so we will play from time to time if we can get on for cheap. Played 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t good. They are thinking about redoing all of them if this last effort doesn’t improve them.

They need to do something quick. Could be a really great course if the greens weren't covered in dollar grass

They have been making very noticeable improvements. I know I am in the minority here but I don't mind playing the course when I get a good deal which is nearly all the time.

I am always down for a good deal. But I'll also play Beaver Creek for $22 and that course looks like Augusta compared to Copper, and I really like Copper. I think they just ate up somehow. They have the WORST greens in the area.

if copper could get the same greens that pelican point has then it'll be phenomenal. the CM track is fun as hell but wont go out there with those greens

Ill settle for Webble Beach greens. Ill settle for a green that doesnt make my ball look like its on a Price is Right style game heading towards the cup.

Noticeable improvements:

Removing the driving range (never coming back)
Letting the greens go (havent come back in 4 years)
Letting the fairways go (havent come back in 3 years)
Closing the front pro shop ( )
Hired a known questionable management group

Can’t charge people enough to support the course because the course is so bad that people don’t want to play when it only costs $15/round much less $60.

Not impressed because you shot 120, or not impressed because you don't know what good greens look like?

Santa Maria greens are rolling really nice. Had my best putting round out there lately. Extremely consistent, and fasssst.
