PSA: Golf carts are not trash cans

I’d rather people leave trash in the cart than in woods on the course.

I worked as a cart boy all throughout high school and college. It’s literally our job to clean up the carts.

I can’t tell you how much free beer and golf balls I got bc people would just leave it in the carts. I was at the point that my golf bag couldn’t fit any more quality golf balls in it. That job was awesome, I played so much free golf and was hanging out there when I wasn’t on the clock all the time. To be young again

Yea honestly it’s been great, I’ve got shite else to do right now. So clean some carts, help a little inside, get paid a little, and play golf everyday.

I just always thought it was common courtesy not to leave cigarettes and other shite in your cart but I guess not, you people are gross

Which course do you work at?

Why don't they put a small trash can on the cart? Why doesn't the beer bitch check your cart and keep it clean why she's circling the course? Usually on weekends the trash cans are full of trash/cans you can't get anything else in em.
True story, a buddy of mine had a in on some cheap beer but they were 10oz, and the course sold 12oz. The girl running the 19 hole was helping clean the carts and found the 10oz ers and looked up who had the carts. Next time we played she busted us. I know, were cheap asses.
Why courses don't charge a $10.00 cooler charge and let players bring what they want, food or drink.

Why can’t you just support the course and buy the beer from them? You cheap bastard, they’ll get rid of the drink cart and you’ll be the first one bitching about the lack of amenities at the course, but you’re too fricking cheap to buy their beer?

Why can’t cart boys do their job and not bitch and complain? I get the cigarette butts but to complain about having to do what your paid to do is the ultimate garbage move. Dude wants free golf but not the work that requires it.
