Pelican point removing water coolers

Received a email this week that pelican point is removing water coolers and is installing drinking water fountains - just plan hot arse tap water. Head scratching decision

A lot of courses are doing this, claiming that it’s for safety reasons. Idk

You sure they won't be cooled? I've seen courses that have electric water fountains on the course.

They arent cooled. Played out there last week and a few of them are installed. Look similar to this

Well, yeah, that does suck.

Water does stay somewhat cool if you keep it out of the sun though. I keep a big bottle of water in the basket next to my cooler with the beer in it. Keep it covered with a white towel or something. Stays cool enough to drink even in mid 90s.

I'd be a little pissy too.

Welcome to beaver creek that seems to becomin a trend. BREC aid plannng the same thing. I played beaver Wed and they had water on the course
