I said he should look into the AP1. I never said all 12's should use GI irons. I said they shouldn't hit blades. There's a level of club in between those two that may fit nicely for a good ball striking 12. When a lot of pros dont even play blades maybe its time to evaluate if you are good enough to hit a blade or if you think they are pretty so you hit them.

Could be. Depending on the course/tees they play regularly. But I get your point. Most people should understand that a HC isn't an average. It's a "potential".

I have the "potential" to be a scratch golfer. I can execute all parts of the game at any given time. I'm a 12 because, on average, I don't execute my "potential" a dozen different times (or less, depending on whether or not I've taken a penalty stroke for my failed execution),hahaha.
