Island update?

How does the Island look these days? Its a hike from BR but fun track.

Usually play it 1-2 times a week, but i haven't been in 2 weeks. I'll probably play tomorrow or Friday and report back. The greens were the only issue but from what I'm seeing that's a problem all over the area.

Played it Saturday. The greens are pretty much back. Some have a few rough spots. The rest of the course is nice. Water has crept onto 17 to the left of the fairway but that will go down.

We are close to getting greens back to really good shape. We have been verti cutting weekly and fertilizing a ton. Saturday we will start cutting greens lower to get speeds back.

Also if you’re playing Fri-Sun this week. The club up card is on sale for $49. That includes a free round that day plus a free birthday round and every 10th round free. Also free club fitting at ClubTec. Card is good at Island and Copper Mill.

Played Friday and the greens are looking better, looks like they just sanded them this past week.

Course is in really good shape. Lush fairways. Greens are good for the most part with some bad edges on some but rolling true (although a little fuzzy).

Played yesterday and the course was in pretty nice shape visually.
Got some shitty rolls hitting sanded spots on the greens, and the tee boxes were rock hard. I was surprised at how dry everything was considering how much rain we’ve had
