Clock drill.
3, 6, and 9 foot.
Putt until I make them all.
Also practice lag putting from 25 to 50 feet.
1 point for a 2 putt. 2 points for a one putt. Minus 1 for a 3 putt.
Play until I get 18 points
Putting games with friends. Match play.

I’ve got a mat at home that I putt on while watching tv on the back porch. 6 balls and putt 5 rounds without missing from 8 feet. A miss and you start over. Sometimes use an alignment mirror.
On a green I do the clock drill from 3’ for 5 rounds....move back a foot go 5 rounds. Sometimes will finds straight putt and use a string, working from 5-10 feet. For long putt practice I like to use a ladder drill
Like to play 21 while standing around drinking beer post round. 2 man teams, scored like horseshoes.
Pre round I’ll do a round of lag putting, about 10 10 footers and a couple rounds of clock drill.

I hope you’re making good money playing golf. That sounds miserable.

For actual practice, I do 3,6,9. That’s it.
Before a round. 3,6,9. Then, I lag a bunch to get the feel of the speed. I finish out the lag putts and tell myself “this is to save par”
I’ll finish up with a few more 5’ putts.

I've used an old CD. It will show you where your eyes are in relation to the ball

I hope everyone understands this is not to warm up.
This is a practice session and takes some time.
Warmup:
15 to 25 footers about 10 to get pace.
4 to 6 footers about 20 to groove stroke.
That’s a warmup.

Anyone have any recommendations for a good putting mat for home use? Not looking for anything too expensive, just something I can get a better roll on than my uneven carpet.
