I know Rob Noel at Money Hill is the only certified Henry Griffits fitter in the state.

Their niche is that they completely build by hand your set and make sure they are made to your exact numbers.

Has anyone ever hit these clubs?

I had them many years ago when I took my lessons from Rob. I would recommend Buddha at Bebu golf studio instead. You can hit all the brands and see what really works best for you. I was a Taylormade guy for many years and walked out with Mizunos. I would have never even picked that club up if it was up to me just looking.

I don’t need new clubs for a while, but I love the look of mizuno. When I go get fitted I’m going to tell them to not tell me the clubs I’m hitting and hopefully I don’t see. Just want to go off the numbers. I don’t have any brand loyalty.

Gaming Titleist irons and woods. Callaway wedges and Cleveland putter.

Noel is supposed to be fantastic.

I’m scheduling my first lesson in a long time this week and trying to decide between Noel or James Leitz.

These Griffits clubs are supposed to be outstanding once they build you a set from scratch.

That’s exactly how Buddha will fit you. He will just hand you different combos and not tell you what they are. If you go along with it you’ll not know what you’re hitting until he’s done. Then he’ll likely have two options of heads that worked for you and a prescribed shaft. He will explain the differences and how they work for you and let you make the choice.

Regarding the OP I looked into HG clubs a couple of years ago when I first heard about them. I started reading on the forums like Golfwrx and the understanding I got was that they originally were game changers with their fitting and custom build but that was like 15 years ago and now everyone else has caught up. And their clubs aren’t really that great especially now that you can get custom builds with basically all brands including boutique brands. I would read up on them on golfwrx, etc.

I worked with Rob as a kid and imo he is the best in the southeast. I’ve also hit these clubs and they are nice clubs. I never owned a set but was fitted for these but decided to go with Pings as a teenager. I’ve known many people who hit these (my father included) and they loved them.
