Anyone here have any experience with this before and what did you do? I ended up getting a injection a few weeks back and played for the first time yesterday and made it 16 before it went out again.

I use those same straps for tennis elbow, but just on the spot for golf elbow.
I also got that exercise stick for tennis elbow.

Have not but my lead shoulder is currently causing me a great deal of pain. Tried to play through it a couple of times and made it worse. Did some quick research and it appears that shoulder injuries aren’t that uncommon for golfers. Gonna go see an ortho at this point.

Lead arm? I’ve delt with it In my back arm. Was playing a wet course, was taking a lil more earth with each shot. Then somewhere on the back nine I hit a nice fat one that really set it off. It gets really tender in that UCL area.
To help it, outside of ibuprofen & “bandaids” like that, stretching the wrists/keeping good ROM will be #1. Can also try some soft, cross fiber massage. Ice it & rest it as much as possible. It’s tendinitis, so same type of things you’d do for any other kind. Mine has gotten better since I started giving my shoulders some TLC as well

Try swinging the club the right way and you won’t have so many problems. Or just Nutt up and stop being a sissy.

I just had surgery on mine. It was 90% ripped from my elbow. I still have some pain in it after 6 months but my strength is all back. I think it’s just something I’m going to have to deal with as I get older.

I had frozen shoulder for nearly a year. That was miserable. I didn’t have anything in particular that caused it either. Very frustrating and then it just went away.

I get once a year and I wear the strap with the bubble pad all day for a week. Even continue to golf wearing it.
