Never played this course. How are the playing conditions?

Don't go in the bunkers. You'll sink up to your ankles in fluff sand. Think Pensacola beach.

Played it two weeks ago. Course is in great shape. Greens are fast. They just re worked the bunkers. One of the better values in the area.

I play it a lot. Bunkers, if dry, are very manageable. Greens are fast.
6 & 12 don't really need a driver. (10 can cause trouble with longer drives.)

Played Monday, I thoughtg the course was in really good shape and will be making some return trips.
