How many of you are still waiting on new clubs you ordered this year?

A little update on mine: on May 10th I ordered the following clubs brand new from 2ndswing golf:

Taylormade Sim DHY 2 iron hybrid (arrived June 2nd)
Titleist SM8 Vokey Wedges 50, 54, 60 (arrived June 29th)
Mizuno JPX 921 Hot Metals 4-PW (still haven't shipped)

So the hybrid was about 3.5 weeks, wedges were a little over 7 weeks. Now going on 8 weeks for the irons. And just got this from 2ndswing today:

quote:

Good Morning,

Your order is now seven weeks out from the order date and is currently still awaiting fulfillment from the manufacturer. We appreciate your patience as the golf industry deals with extremely high demand and component delays.

We are working with our account representatives at the manufacturer to identify which component, if any, is holding up your order from production.

We will be contacting the manufacturer directly and we will send you a more detailed email as soon as possible containing the expected shipping date, details about any delayed components on your order, and suggestions (if necessary) for changes to speed up the production of your clubs.

We will send you a tracking number via email as soon as your order clears production and is designated a shipping label.

Same with my i59s.

My buddy ordered a set of new level forged irons and they took about a week. They are pretty.

From everything I have heard, the direct to consumer golf brands are getting everything shipped pretty much right away (PXG, Sub70, etc)

All of the other major companies are having delays on average 6-8 weeks mostly related to shaft availability.

I'm joining the Sub 70 club Coach Chappy. I was tempted to invest in your Srixons for the time being, but for the price of the 699 Pros, it was too good of a deal to pass up.

I'm pumped up to see what they're all about.
