I think it’s one to one. So if you strengthen the loft by a degree you lose a degree of bounce.

if you don't go crazy then bounce should not be affected

It's one to one. I love low bounce wedges so I purposely get 2 degrees weaker loft so I can bend and get 2 less bounce
