My family and I are heading to 30-A in a couple of weeks and I would like to get a couple of rounds in. What are some must play courses in the area. Thanks in advance.

Haha. There have been a lot on this but to answer your question, the wife, kids and I played windswept dunes last month and really enjoyed it. Prob the longest course I’ve played. And prob the largest greens as well. They were super nice by letting one of the kids play for free and giving them a logo ball when we left. I’ve honestly never played a bad course down there though.

I really enjoyed Holiday Golf course about 15 min from Rosemary - on the way to Panama City - very fair course. El Hombre is right there too but it’s harder fo sho - both are very cheap $$ for the area

If you’re bringing a kid to play, check out Origins Golf Club. It’s a 6 hole regulation course with alternate tees and greens so it can also play as a 10 hole Par 3 course. Davis Love III designed it. It’s a lot of fun and on a very pretty peice of property.

Windswept Dunes. Best value and lightly played course. It's about 25 minutes from Seaside. Good layout and consistently in good shape. Easy to get a tee time and can ply it at your own pace.

Played Santa Rosa Monday. The greens aren’t great. Otherwise course is in great shape.
