PSN's chat/party system sucks. It's just truth. I hate it and I hope all of it gets remedied. But don't act like it's all fine because you feel you have to toe the party line.

PS4 will be able to play against PC players on War Thunder. Good luck with that though. I played that game with a controller a few times and got destroyed then switched back to KB/M and it's not even fair.

Why that would never work was that XBL was never actually "internet". It was their own network. Cross platform, as of right now, can only exist between PS3 and PC.

I thought we had agreed that it didn't matter if either system came with one or not. No one is going to use that cheap headset for long if ever. I'd much rather use a really nice one that costs 150-299

You could also invite them to a party and type it in the chat room. 
That's how I communicated with friends with Demon's Souls. Used Bluetooth keyboard for faster typing.

Of course you would have to defend it somehow even when EVERYONE else in this thread is saying the chat/party system on PS3 sucks balls as is.

I'm not defending. Just giving him another option that most don't know exist. My post says nothing about the quality of the experience.
