I've already got an original Xbox one but I've found a couple people selling the One S's for a little under $200 on Craigslist. This seems like a good deal to me and then flip my Xbox for $100 or so. What do y'all think?

Do you want the Xbox 1 X or whatever it's called? If so, go to Microsoft store as they'll prob give you great trade value for it. If not, then yeah $200 isn't bad for one used.

I want to sell my original XB1 and get an XB1s just because it takes up less space, and has bluetooth remotes. I have a 1TB drive in mine. How much do you think I can get for it?

I've thought about getting a one x but it'd probably cost about $500 right? Even if I got $200 on my current Xbox one it'd still be paying $300. I got an offer for $190 for a one S. I'd probably list my Xbox for sale on Craigslist for about 175. I'd hope to get an offer of $125 or so but I haven't checked eBay or anywhere else

Did I ask about getting a PS4 anywhere in my post? Obviously I don't care to switch to a console with shitty players and controllers but I appreciate the shitty advice bro

Original isn't worth much, better bet it to try to sell it yourself for 150 with a game or two.

You already said it yourself that the one s, newer version maybe 2 years into life cycle, is going for right around 200, you can find it new for that price. It's obviously updated, and offers 4k functionality which is the real selling point. So not sure why you're shocked to not get nearly the same for your original xbox one.

I traded up when Xbox one s came out, probably cost me 100 when I sold my original. Have the new Xbox pre ordered, but at less than 200 return for the one s I will keep it for an extra 4k player

is the difference between the 1s and 1x worth just buying the new console when it comes out instead of buying a 1s either new or used?

I play my xb1 on weekends and such, so I am just not sure about the $400 price tag.

Depends on you, the difference between 1X and 1S is purely cosmetic and potentially slight speed upgrades. If you don't have a 4K T.V. then it would be a waste to buy the 1X. If you don't care about the differences in visuals, it would be a waste to buy the 1X. Ultimately, unless you really really wanna drop the money, there's probably not a lot of reason to upgrade.
