Witcher 3 feline gear

I'm level 17 and my "build" is fast attack and igni. Is the feline armor/weapons my best option at the moment?

Ursine is by far the best if you sack up and adjust the difficulty to dm.
You could play naked on any other difficulty and it wouldn't matter.
Wolf and Griffin are good too due to the medium armor stamina regeneration talent

Played on normal and build was pretty irrelevant. I was actually pretty careless with my build.

Just use the highest gear possible. There's different abilities relating to light, medium, and heavy gear. Keep whichever ability that goes with your gear active.

I went ursine but I played on normal so It didn't matter. I just thought it looked cool. Hell I had 15 unused ability points before I did the last quest

Also, I have this alder folk boots I found early in the game. They are a cool golden color, and they have +18% igni intensity.
They are only 18 armor though, yet they are more than boots that are higher level. I like them

I thought Igni was cool, but Aard is much more effective IMO. Feline+Aard+Quen almost broke the game for me.

Feline is my favorite but almost no way to use feline and still have Death March or NG+ be enjoyable.
Ursine is a must.
